Dear Customer,
We have finally decided to replace the server 69.85.95.20 with a brand new server as we have detected an issue with the operating system of the server. We have transferred all accounts to the following server and you can find important information on the new server below.
No action required if you are using the default nameservers of this server.
cPanel Access
Non SSL : http://192.111.145.181:2082
You can also access your cPanel with your domain.
Eg: http:///cpanel
Web Mail Access
Non SSL : http://192.111.145.181:2095
Eg: http:///webmail
WHM Access (For Resellers)
Non SSL : http://192.111.145.181:2086
You can use the same old usernames and passwords to login with your services. The old server is still online and it will go offline on 10 of September 2013.
The availability of your website will not be affected as we have already setup DNS with the new server.
It is important that you login to your new cPanel and check if your files and settings have been successfully transferred from the old server. If you notice any issue, please contact us on Live Chat or with a support ticket so that we can assist you further.
